Just ordered the new paint for the truck and its supposed to be here next week.

I normally can screw up paint by simply being in the same mile section. Its just something about all that pretty stuff that my karma doesn't get along with I guess.

Well any way the paint isn't really paint its called Chemical Acid Resistant Coating, a military thing that is really tough and will last even my use and spraying it on.

They say if I should ever hit a tree,it wont hurt the truck or the paint, just the tree!!

I'll post images when I start applying it untill then its alot of work getting the body ready.

Still gathering special tools and other supply's for this job, One good thing the tools as well as the other stuff will be used more then once around here.

I can see how the metal gates and fence poles might benifit from the weather protection.

Or is it that I wouldn't have to paint it every year?

 

Bought a mill spec double air filter respirator and a full body jump suit because I really don't want to be wearing this stuff until it wears off and what it all does to human skin is not good either!

Its water clean up which is nice!

 

I may just take in small jobs to spray this stuff after all is said and done.

All sounds sensible, it looks like nasty stuff until it's dried.

really does, goes on shiny and pretty then drys to a hard rough flat color.

To my eye it has a not right sensation to it, it blanks out infra red and other things so as to not show thermo signatures.

 

It's the one thing the goats do not climb or come close to and I suspect it has something to do with all that.

Maybe the goats know something we don't!
